What Does "Go Live" Mean?

"Go Live" is our term for the moment you can fully run your dealership with dealr.cloud and you can confidently transition away from your old systems.

As you may know, it takes some work to transition your dealership from one set of operating systems to another. So let's get started! We've included our Road to Success PDF that gives you a snapshot of your onboarding process. Below that is a list of all the critical steps that must take place for you to successfully transition to dealr.cloud.

Go-Live Checklist

• Complete Trainings with your Dealr onboarding specialist
• Settings
  • Add Users and User Permissions (this is your responsibility)
  • Upload your Company's Logo
  • Customize the settings for both your dealership and user account(s)
  • Set up your Default Floor Plans
  • Send us a CSV file of your Vendors and/or Customers (optional)
  • Schedule a Dot Matrix Printer setup meeting with our staff (If necessary in your state)
• Inventory
  • Send us an inventory file or manually add your inventory to dealr.cloud
  • Ensure that your inventory and lead feeds are enabled
  • Confirm with your marketing sites/lead providers that they are accepting inventory feeds from dealr.cloud
  • Connect your CARFAX Account
  • Add costs to your vehicles
  • Enter accurate flooring details for all currently floored vehicles, including historical payments
  • Verify all inventory is being updated on your website
• Leads
  • Reach out to your lead providers to confirm that they are sending leads into dealr.cloud
  • Set up Auto-Replies (optional)
  • Set up Round-Robin or Auto Assigning of leads (optional)
• Deals
  • Review and Customize your Form Packs
  • Set up your Deal Vehicle Plans
  • Print and double check all deal forms(We suggest creating a fake deal for this)
• Accounting
  • Make sure all of your accounts are up-to-date in your previous system and prepare closing balances
  • Acquire a Balance Sheet and a P&L from your previous system
  • Enter your opening Balances into dealr.cloud
  • Set up checking accounts for printing checks (optional)
  • Set up bank feeds using OFX uploads (optional)
  • Approximately 2 weeks after starting to use the dealr.cloud accounting system, schedule a Q&A session with our staff
• Website
  • Get your domain name and access to your domain registrar/host login information
  • Complete the Website Form
  • Approve the final draft of your website

  • Set up SiriusXM (SXM)
