The MMR integration gives you direct access to Manheim’s market data and evaluations. You're able to customize and view the valuation based on the region of your preference.
The two different value types we surface from Manheim are:
Base MMR Adjusted MMR
You can activate MMR inside your account by navigating to your Billing Page. Underneath the Valuation Guide heading there is an option to add MMR to your account. MMR costs $55 per month per rooftop.
Select the purple button, Add to Account, and once the page is finished loading, you should have access to MMR's book values!
You should also see MMR itemized on your Upcoming Invoice.
