Login

To access the software, you'll need to input the correct username and password attached to your account.

Desktop Login

You can access the system by navigating directly to the User Login Page

This is the User Login page, and here is where you'll input your username and password to gain access to the system.

Mobile App Login

You can also access your account via the Mobile Application.

Opening the application will first bring you to the login page, which will look like the image below.

Here is where you can input the correct username and password assigned to your account.

Password Reset

You also have the ability to reset your password on both the desktop computer's and mobile application's user login page. This will prompt you to change your existing password to a new one.

Password Reset is a helpful tool in the event you need to change your password for security purposes, or if you accidentally forget your existing password.

If you select the button, Forgot Password?, you'll be directed to a page where you'll add your username. After inserting your username and selecting Send, you'll receive an email titled, "dealr.cloud Account Reset," where you'll be instructed to follow a link to reset your password.

Retrieving Forgotten Passwords

If you forget or do not know your existing password, you will need to reset your password and create a new one. The Support staff do not have access to that information and, if asked, will instruct you to create a new one.

Password Requirements

There are specific password criteria that need to be satisfied in order to finalize the creation/reset of your password. These requirements exist to safeguard your account from unauthorized access.

The requirements are as followed:

  • Ten characters
  • One lowercase letter
  • One uppercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character (e.g. !, @, $)
