Most of the Inventory functionality on the mobile app mirrors that on the web application, but we'll list some differences below. For more info on Inventory, see Working with Inventory.
Costs work normally on the mobile app, except for accounting. You don't have any ability to modify accounts or pay bills from the app, but once you add a cost the bill will still get created in accounting.
Photos are easy to upload from the mobile app, and can be uploaded either from the camera or from your photo library.
When uploading from the camera, you will be prompted to take each photo. As you take the photos, they'll automatically be uploaded in the order they're taken. Once you're done, just close out of the camera interface.
You can select multiple photos when uploading from the photo library. The photos will be uploaded in the order they are selected.
We've found that essentially all upload issues relate to your internet connection. Make sure you have a strong internet connection when taking and uploading photos. If you don't, then you can take the photos using your phone's camera app, and then upload from the photo library once you have a good connection.
