Vehicles are accessed by many modules and are used to record and track all inventory added to the system.
Here is where you can update the odometer for the vehicle.
You can input the exact mileage of the vehicles inside the Odo field and time-stamp the date as well.
Keep in mind that any updates to the odometer here will reflect on both your website and third-party marketing sites
You also have the option of adjusting the Miles Status to match the vehicle in question. Those options are:
-Actual -Exempt -True Mileage Unknown -Mileage in Excess of Mechanical Limits
Optional Equipment are packages and features that manufacturers sometimes include with a particular vehicle's year, make, or model. This data is pulled from our VIN decoder. The information encoded in the VIN involves:
-Title -MSRP Value -Invoice Amount -Factory Code -Short Description
If one of the packages is relevant to a vehicle in your inventory, you can click on the checkbox next to the package in question. This information will populate on the VDP page on your dealr.cloud website and be sent to 3rd party marketing sites.
These packages may or may not be relevant to the vehicle you have in your inventory.
Standard Equipment refers to all the equipment and features the manufacturer includes in that particular vehicle's year, make, and model. This data is pulled from the VIN decoder, and it tends to be extremely accurate.
We also allow you to edit the standard equipment when it is necessary. To remove a new equipment or feature, you can click on the red X button next to the line item in question and follow the prompts. To add a new equipment or feature, you can click on the purple Add button in the top right corner of the Standard Equipment area.
This information also populates on the VDP page of your dealr.cloud website and be sent to 3rd party marketing sites.
