Customers are accessed by many modules and are used to track details for both individual people and companies.

You have the ability to run credit reports on customers if you have an account with 700Credit. For more information on the integration with 700Credit, please see this page.
To pull a credit report for a customer, click on the Run Credit button. This will prompt you to select where the credit report is taken from:
Making your selection and clicking on Run will next prompt you to re-verify identity by re-adding your dealr.cloud credentials. Following this step should next allow you to run and pull the credit report for the customer.
You can pull the OFAC Report by selecting the Check OFAC button.
The OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) Report is a government-run report showing you which customers have been flagged and should not have a vehicle sold to them.
You can only pull the OFAC report on a particular customer when the deal has not yet been processed as sold.
You can run a Red Flag Check on the vehicle by selecting the button, Run Red Flag Check. This functionality requires that you have a 700Credit account.
A Red Flag Check is a federally mandated law requiring certain businesses to check customers' names against a list documenting identity theft, financial fraud, and other seriously shady financial activities - but primarily identity theft.
