Billing allows you to track, manage, and update your all of your billing information for your account. Here's what your billing should look like,
Valuation Guides
This section allows you to activate or deactivate valuation guides, such as JD Power NADA, for your account.
Adding Valuation Guides
To add a valuation guide to your account, you'll need to select the "Add to Account" button located next to the Valuation Guide in question. Follow the prompts and it should be activated and ready for immediate use. This will be included in your next invoice.
Removing Valuation Guides
To remove a valuation guide from your account, you'll need to select the "Remove from Account" button located next to the Valuation Guide in question. Follow the prompts and it should be removed from your account. This will also be removed in your next invoice.
Usage-Based Billing
Usage-Based Billing is composed of additional, individual items that bill based on usage. Currently, those items include:
- Files System
- Digital Signing
- LAW 553 Contract
- Phone Calls
Here, you'll also find the rates for each item listed.
Upcoming Invoice
This section provides an itemized breakdown of what your upcoming invoice will be. This will include additional items, such as Usage based billing items.
Payment Method
This section allows you to manage and update what your current payment method is. To update your payment method, you'll select "Edit" and enter your CC information.
Past Invoices
This section archives all of your previous invoices, which you can easily access or download.
