Leads Dashboard

The Leads Dashboard is a tool that allows you and your sales team to manage your active leads in the system. It will track your:

  • Unread Messages
  • Due Tasks
  • Leads without Tasks
  • Appointments Today

The Leads Dashboard offers your sales staff a quick and easy way to see all outstanding items on their existing leads while also surfacing any new leads that might have arrived overnight.

Adjusting the Leads Dashboard View

By default, the leads shown in the dashboard are those assigned to the user account. With the proper user permission you can also adjust whose leads appear in the dashboard. You can also set it to show "All Leads," which will surface all leads.

Adjusting which leads will surface can be done by selecting the Assigned User drop down menu in the top left corner of the screen.

Working in the Leads Dashboard

The Leads Dashboard surfaces all the leads that are in 'need of attention'

You can quickly work through your list of leads by selecting the first lead in the list and finishing any outstanding item is associated with them. After completing this, select the black button in the top left corner of the individual leads screen, Next Lead. The screen will then update to the very next lead in the list and allow you to complete whatever outstanding item is associated with them.
