AutoReplies

This setting allows you to automate either text or email messages to be sent to new leads. This will be immediately sent whenever you receive a new lead in the system.

Autoreply is a static feature in that, if enabled, will apply for all new lead inquiries based on the settings you enabled.

Setup

Leads Settings

Navigate to your Settings by clicking in your black toolbar Manage > General > Settings. Here, you'll notice a navigational menu. Select Leads.

Autoreply Settings

You have the option of enabling autoreply messages for either text messages or emails.

  • Send Text Autoreply? - If checked, this will enable autoreply messages via text message when receiving a new lead from a text-message-based inquiry.
  • Send Email Autoreply? - If checked, this will enable autoreply messages via emails when receiving a new lead from an email-based inquiry.

Autoreply Message

You have the ability to customize what you'd like the autoreply message to say.

Both the Text Autoreply Message and Email Autoreply Message are compatible with the Variables functionality.

Text Autoreply Message

Here is where you can customize what you'd like your text-message autoreply to say for all new text-based lead inquiries.

Email Autoreply Message

Here is where you can customize what you'd like your email autoreply message to say for all new email-based lead inquiries.

You also have the ability to designate what you'd like the subject of your email to be in the Email Autoreply Subject.
