Due Bill

Due Bills, sometimes called a "We Owe/You Owe", allow you to add items to the deal that are owed by either party in order to track costs against the deal.

Seller Owes

The Seller Owes section is a great place to add due bill items to the deal and track the estimated and actual costs for the item.

A Payable is automatically created with the cost you enter once the deal has been processed.

Actual Cost

If the Actual Cost differs from the Cost, then entering the value in this field will cause the difference between the two to get categorized correctly in accounting.

Buyer Owes

The items entered into the Buyer Owes section will get put on Due Bill forms when printed.
